We hit Arbor Hills right at the perfect time in the fall - the colors in this place are gorgeous!! And sidenote, dogs are ALWAYS welcome for sessions with me.
One of the most muggy and hot weekends but one of my favorites from this summer! Brina and James had such amazing taste from all the little details to where they tied the knot (the Museum of the American Revolution in downtown Philly - how cool is that??). Always so honored to be brought to new locations to document incredible days!
One of the perks of Instagram - meeting freaking incredible people like these two. Brittani slid into my DM's one day and the rest is history. Literally so sad that their wedding is next year and not tomorrow because I am so excited to hang with them again!!
This was one of the most special days I have had the chance to photograph. It was my first real elopement, meaning these two came to NY from Canada without telling anyone that they were getting married....HOW COOL IS THAT?! I played not only the photographer role that day, but also their witness to their marriage and if that isn't the most intimate and special thing!! Like holy smokes I love this job. After officially getting married at the courthouse, we stumbled around Soho and of course the BK bridge for some portraits. Love these two and their love!
I met Savannah during a 4-month study abroad trip in Rome while I was in college. Crazy right?! She was an Auburn tiger and I was an Arkansas hog, but we still managed to get along anyways. She is basically the cutest human alive, so bright and always has the biggest smile on! So when she asked me to photograph her and Mitchell's wedding in the sweetest little town of Mobile, Alabama I jumped at the opportunity! I've never felt so welcomed with a group of new faces. You could definitely feel the love that Sav and Mitchell's friends and family brought to the day! This was one of my favorite days of the spring season!
Met these Brooklyn babes on a quick trip to my old city. It was right after a huge snow storm and we were expecting very cold temps. Right as the session began, the clouds cleared and the sun started to peak out, giving us a gorgeous sunset as we ended on the water with an epic view of Manhattan. I love when these things just work out!
These Cali lovers and this session basically represent why I love this job so damn much. We were literal strangers who happened to connect on Instagram and after a few exchanges over email, I was on my way to San Francisco for their engagements. By then end of our afternoon together, I felt like I had left with a new friendship and that is truly the goal of every client experience I have. Their Napa wedding in August could seriously not get here any faster ahhhh!
SYDNIE + SEAN
I think everyone knows these two somehow. And rightly so, because they are some of the warmest, sweetest people I have met! AND SO BEAUTIFUL, like how is that even fair?! I asked them to model for me in this really gorgeous loft in Fair Park and without ever meeting them, they were 100% on board. We had A BLAST, ending this fun little sesh with a very messy pillow fight (sometimes experimenting is fun).
In-home sessions are THE BOMB! If you've ever wanted to try one, I am hosting mini in-home sessions January 6th in Dallas.
